We accept returns within 7 days of
delivery if the product is:

✓ In original packaging
✓ Damaged or defective on arrival
Non-returnable items:
✗ Opened or used products
✗ Items bought on sale

with your order number and reason.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed
within 5–7 business days to your
original payment method.
For damaged or wrong products we offer:
